Terms of Service

WASEVERIN Image Converter is provided as a browser-based tool for converting supported image formats. Free conversion remains available without an account or payment.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to select and convert any image you process. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

Google sign-in is optional and is not required to use the core image conversion features. Pro subscriptions are currently billed through Waffo, which acts as merchant of record. The checkout page shows the final price, billing period, applicable taxes or currency adjustments, and provider before payment. Any screen clearly marked as Sandbox or Test does not create a real charge.

You may cancel a paid subscription from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewal. Waffo cancellation may preserve access through the verified end of the current billing period shown on the Account page.

The Free plan has no payment, so no refund applies. Paid subscription charges are subject to the refund terms shown at checkout, applicable law, payment-network rules and Waffo's obligations as merchant of record. Except where those rules require otherwise, processed charges are generally non-refundable, including unused time after cancellation.

You may request a refund for a duplicate charge, a paid entitlement that WASEVERIN failed to provide because of a technical error, or when a refund is required by applicable law. Send the request to hezongxiong666@gmail.com with your account email, payment provider and transaction reference. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by Waffo and the receiving financial institution.

You may use WASEVERIN Image Converter only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

• Process images that you do not own or have permission or another lawful right to use.
• Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harassing, or harmful activity.
• Distribute malware, malicious files, phishing material, or content intended to compromise another system or person.
• Circumvent conversion limits, access controls, subscription restrictions, security features, or other technical protections.
• Use automated or excessive requests in a manner that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially provide access to the Service without prior written permission from WASEVERIN.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, payment-provider requirement, or payment-network rule.

If we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, we may investigate the activity and may warn you, restrict use, block transactions, suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service, or take other measures reasonably necessary to protect users, payment providers, WASEVERIN, or the public.

We may preserve or disclose relevant information when required by law and may report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Suspension or termination for a violation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Any refund remains subject to the Refund Policy above and applicable law.
