Privacy Policy

WASEVERIN Image Converter processes images locally in your browser only to complete the conversion you request. Your images are not uploaded to WASEVERIN, stored on our servers, or made available through public download links.

Image conversion is free and does not require an account. Google sign-in is optional and does not unlock or restrict the core conversion features.

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your verified email address, display name and profile image from Google. We store this information and an internal login session to provide account access. We never receive your Google password.

If you use subscription checkout, payment authorization is currently handled by Waffo. WASEVERIN stores the provider name, subscription identifier, selected plan, subscription status, billing dates and transaction references needed to maintain Pro access, prevent duplicate checkout and reconcile billing records. We do not receive or store your full card number or payment-provider password.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Because image conversion happens locally in your browser, we do not receive or share the images you convert. We disclose other information only as described below and only as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.

• Cloudflare: Cloudflare hosts the Service and stores account, session, subscription, checkout and transaction records for us. It also processes network requests needed to deliver and secure the Service.
• Google: If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes the authentication request and provides your verified email address, display name and profile image after you approve access. We do not send your converted images to Google.
• PayPal: PayPal checkout is not currently offered. If it becomes available in the future, PayPal will directly collect and process the account and payment information you provide to it, and we will receive the subscription status, identifiers and transaction references needed to provide Pro access and billing support. PayPal's processing is governed by its Privacy Statement.
• Waffo: When you choose Waffo, we provide your account email, an internal account identifier, the selected product, an order reference and plan metadata. Waffo uses this information and information collected at checkout to process payment, billing, tax, fraud prevention, subscription management, refunds and payment disputes as merchant of record. Waffo's processing is governed by its Privacy Policy.
• Support providers: If you contact us, our email service provider processes your address, message and any information you choose to include so that we can respond.
• Legal and safety: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a court order or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users, providers, WASEVERIN or the public.
• Business changes: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation or sale of all or part of the Service, subject to applicable law and continued protection of the information.
• With your consent: We may disclose information for another purpose when you direct us to do so or give prior consent.

Account and billing records are stored using Cloudflare services. We use HTTPS, server-side access controls, provider-signed or provider-verified billing events, and server-side secret storage to protect data in transit and limit unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Login sessions expire after 30 days, and signing out ends the current session. Account information is retained while the account is active. Billing and transaction records may be retained after account closure when reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or request account closure, by emailing hezongxiong666@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Deleting an account ends account access and removes personal data that we are not required to retain. Payment providers may keep their own transaction records under their separate privacy policies and legal obligations.
